Jon Nedeau
Jon is a founder and the organization leader of Power of Youth, and he oversees every stage of the project. Jon works hard to find qualified mentors, raise donations, and design the program and projects. In addition, the facilities for Power of Youth are donated by Jon and his wife, Kym. Jon is very qualified as a mentor and director with his vast knowledge in automotive repair.
Scott Flick
Scott is one of the founders of Power of Youth as well a main mentor. With over 25 years of experience as a master mechanic, he is a huge asset to the education of these students. Scott has taught many young mechanics throughout the years, including many of his own employees in his own 10,000 square-foot shop. Scott not only teaches the students his trade but also helps prepare them for employment.
Beth Klug
Beth offers overall support whenever and wherever it is needed while bringing a smile and positive attitude to the group. She organizes the dinners that energize the students and mentors each Friday night, and in addition, she manages the day-to-day finances that keep Power of Youth up and running.

Kym Nedeau
Kym, also a founder of Power of Youth, is a certified Special Education teacher with over 15 years of experience, focusing mainly on emotionally disturbed teens. Her role in Power of Youth is to create a positive and safe atmosphere, something that comes very naturally to Kym. She also assists students by teaching them how to reach their goals in a positive way.
Ken Memmel
Ken is a mentor with an extensive background in team sports. By bringing his positive approach to teaching, he has an innate ability to raise the students' self esteem and confidence. Ken is also well known in the automobile arena as a builder whose work is of the highest quality.
Adam Gratz
Adam brings a background as a professional welder to the Power of Youth program. His meticulous work product has demonstrated to the students that accuracy and patience produce a superior product. Adam also supports Scott Flick with his knowledge of general automotive.
Emily McNiel
Emily recently joined Power of Youth as the website designer and coordinator as well as a Public Relations contact. Although Emily's full-time job (and joy) is taking care of her son, Justus, she is looking forward to using some of her more practical abilities to benefit and promote the program.
